Review with confidence

1. Inspect the fixed sample

The workspace opens with five synthetic products. Map SKU and title, and optionally map price, description, image URL and variant group. Every column remains in its original order. Real-file access is unavailable until a supported customer account service is configured.

2. Approve exact changes

Whitespace trimming and embedded CRLF/CR to LF normalization require your approval. SKU trimming is never automatic. Duplicate SKUs, missing required values, invalid or ambiguous prices, and suspicious URLs require manual source review. We never delete duplicate rows, fetch remote images, or fill missing values.

3. Preview and export

Machine-import mode preserves approved cell values, including formula-like text. Spreadsheet-safe mode adds an apostrophe to dangerous formula prefixes, including headers, so those cells differ from the source. Select Export preview to see exactly which values will be exported. Generic CSV only; no marketplace import compatibility is claimed.

Originals and the change log

Reset changes restores original cell values. CSV quoting and record separators are serialized consistently; exports are not byte-identical copies of the source. Change log row numbers are logical CSV record numbers with the header as row 1, not physical line numbers. Logs include the export mode and are themselves spreadsheet-safe: formula-like original values receive an apostrophe in the downloaded log.

Parsing and limits

The engine supports strict UTF-8 with optional BOM, comma, tab, and semicolon delimiters. Ambiguous delimiters require explicit selection; duplicate or blank headers and inconsistent record widths are rejected. Prices use a selected dot/comma decimal convention, accept up to two decimal places, and never use thousands grouping. A value such as 1,234 remains ambiguous. The pure engine limits are 10 MiB, 20,000 rows and 100 columns; browser acceptance is measured for the five-row fixed sample only. A worker and broader device measurements are still required for real-file release.
