Operator and effective date
Rowlark is operated by Pony Nguyen in Vietnam. These terms are effective September 17, 2026. By using Rowlark, you agree to these terms. Questions may be sent to support@rowlark.app.
The service
Rowlark reviews supported catalog CSV files in your browser, identifies possible issues, and lets you approve certain formatting changes. The fixed sample is synthetic. Rowlark does not guarantee compatibility with any marketplace or replace your review of the final export. Purchase Pro from your verified Rowlark account through Lemon Squeezy.
Free and Pro access
Free access includes the features described on the pricing page. Pro is a $29 USD one-time purchase, plus applicable tax, for one person using their own devices. Pro includes corrected CSV and change-log downloads and saved reusable rule presets, with no expiry while Rowlark operates. The final price, applicable tax, and Lemon Squeezy buyer terms are shown before payment.
Review your exports
You are responsible for having the right to process selected files, keeping a backup of source data, reviewing unresolved issues, choosing the correct export mode, and checking exports before importing them elsewhere. Machine-import exports may contain formula-like text; use spreadsheet-safe mode for spreadsheet viewing. Do not use Rowlark to violate law or third-party rights.
Refunds and payment-provider terms
You may request a refund within 7 days after a Pro purchase by emailing support@rowlark.app. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights required by applicable law. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record, so its buyer terms and any additional refund rights also apply. A completed refund ends Pro access while Free browser-local review remains available. Support and service changes
Support covers account access, purchase and refund questions, and help using supported Rowlark features. Pony Nguyen responds during support shifts Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 02:00am the following day in Vietnam time, excluding Vietnam public holidays; Friday’s shift ends Saturday at 02:00. The target response time is within two business days. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
