Refund policy

Seven-day refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days after a Pro purchase by emailing support@rowlark.app from the email address used for the purchase. Include enough information to identify the purchase. Purchase Pro from your verified Rowlark account through Lemon Squeezy. This policy is effective September 17, 2026.

What happens after a refund

A completed refund ends Pro download and saved-preset access. Free browser-local catalog review remains available. We aim to respond within two business days; the time for funds to appear after approval depends on the payment provider and your payment method.

Your other rights

This seven-day policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights required by applicable law. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record, so its buyer terms and any additional refund rights also apply.

Optional product analytics

Help improve Rowlark by letting Google Analytics and PostHog use a browser identifier to measure approved pages and product actions. Rowlark excludes CSV content, filenames, cell values, email addresses, auth links, and URL queries from its event payloads. Analytics stays off unless you allow it. See the privacy notice.
